Melanie consistently went above and beyond for us, and we couldn't have asked for a better buying and selling experience! The market was at the height of Covid craziness and she never up helping us find our dream home! She has integrity, a strong work ethic and passion for what she does- you won't find a better realtor.

I will never, I repeat never, buy or sell a home without Melanie in my corner. She came highly recommended, so we were lucky to work with her to sell our first home. She made the whole thing a breeze! To say she went above and beyond was an understatement. I never expected a realtor to be so caring—every move she makes is straight from the heart! It was a great experience from start to finish. So obviously when we were ready to buy our next home, she was the first and only person I considered for the job. And she nailed it! We got our absolute dream home because of her! It felt as though she just dropped everything to make us a priority, but I know that’s how she makes everyone feel. Like they’re her main priority. How she does it, I’ll never know. She always made herself available every step of the way. She gives lightning fast responses, incredibly great advice (on life, homes, and beyond), detailed explanations, and a positive outlook on all things. I just have this sense of security when she’s involved; we always end up right where we need to be. I’m just so grateful to know her. She could do any job she wants and be great at it—I’m so thankful she chose this one!

Where do I start? I don't think there is room in this review to list all of the amazing things Melanie is as a realtor (and person)! I was looking to buy my first home and I made a phone call to the listing agency of one house I was interested in. Melanie was the one who answered the phone and I'm glad it was her! Melanie went above and beyond all expectations I had for a realtor. She was very flexible with my work schedule and was negotiating for me like crazy. She is a funny, sweet, and kind woman who made my buying experience great. She never made me feel pushed into a decision and never rushed me. I am in my forever home with her help and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Have to give Melanie a shout out from this realtor office. A girlfriend of mine is currently using her to find a home in Chattanooga and I am simply tagging along for moral support. We just love working with her! She has a great personality! She took so much time to show us homes and give great details about all the surrounding neighborhoods. She is amazing and highly recommend her real estate services.
